Our 4-Bottle membership includes two curated shipments each year, with the option to add extra bottles of your choice!
With our 6- and 12-Bottle memberships, you can enjoy our handpicked selections or customize your bottles to perfectly suit your preferences.
Watch for our release announcements to customize through your account, or feel free to call or email us with your choices at least one day prior to billing.

Members can easily manage their account details through the Tranche website. To update your information, just log into your personal account.

UPS will make three delivery attempts for your wine. If they are unable to reach you, it will be returned to us in Walla Walla, and additional shipping fees will apply to resend it.
To avoid delays, we recommend using an address where someone can readily sign for your order, like your workplace. Alternatively, you can arrange a pickup at a nearby UPS location.

We understand that sometimes you may need to skip a shipment, and we’re happy to adjust your membership accordingly. Feel free to give us a call at (509) 676-5001 or email membership@tranche.wine.
Members can skip up to two consecutive club shipments but longer pauses will require cancellation.

Email notifications with shipment details will be sent prior to billing your card on file. It is the member’s responsibility to keep account information up to date, including credit card, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
Tranche is not responsible for fees incurred due to misdirected wines.
Pickup club orders must be picked up within three months of the club release.
Upon joining, members agree to receive a minimum of two shipments. Cancellations made prior to this are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
After one full year, memberships may be cancelled at any time. Please email membership@tranche.wine to request cancellation in writing.
